Til Dusk began with a simple conviction: that the best moments happen around good food and a space where you're actually glad to stay a while. We opened our doors on American Legion Highway with flour on our aprons and a promise to keep things honest — real butter, real coffee, real hospitality.
Every morning our ovens start before the town wakes up. The sourdough, the croissants, the cookies — they're made the old way, by hand, and they're gone by afternoon because that's just how it goes when you bake with care. In the evening, the cafe turns into something softer: a glass of wine, a slice of tart, and the kind of quiet that only a neighborhood bakery can provide.
